uBlaze Cache: update Cache Instruction...

Hi all.

I have seen this instruction in uBlaze interface header:

void microblaze_update_icache (int , int , int )

void microblaze_update_dcache (int , int , int )

I don't sure.. When I have to use it? Every Time I want to empty and update cache ??? What are the three input parameters ?
