POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented senior level Design Test Engineer with strong experience in Verigy 93000. In this highly hands-on role, you will be involved in key aspects of product testing of Digital ICs for broadband telephony systems.
Requirements:
=B7 Minimum of 4-8 years of digital test and product engineering experience at a semiconductor IC manufacturing company. =B7 Experience with high speed digital ICs with SERDES, DSP, MBIST, JTAG, MIPS etc. =B7 Working knowledge of system level (applications) and ATE testing (preferably Verigy 93000). =B7 Proven track record of test development including hardware and test systems. =B7 Working knowledge of IC manufacturing flows including silicon processing, assembly and testing. =B7 Ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team consisting of representatives from Silicon Technology, Assembly, Test, Design, Marketing, and Systems groups. =B7 Knowledge of semiconductor physics and silicon fabrication process. =B7 Knowledge of and experience with optical products is a plus. =B7 BE/B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering required; Masters in Engineering preferred.
