32MBit, $6 (vol?), Automotive, 75MHz burst modes, 32 bit access, various protection schemes... 80 pin qfp and BGA packages.
since most of the larger soft CPUs need a code storage device, this would be a good candidate, with perhaps some cache locking for really fast code?.
