The question is simple:
Has anybody used small data areas from inside C/C++?
I have been abel to use it frm within assembler (not much of adeed!), but I am unable to use it from insde C/C++ ciompiler, as it always complains of trying to use some variable via r13, while not being in theshort data area. I have even tried to use __attribute__ of gcc to force the section of a variable (that works!) but the compiler still complains.
