Seems these are too new to even be in production, but they are very interesting. Anyone have any pricing on them yet? I would be interested in the 6 or 12 in the 256 pin FBGA. They run on 1.2 volts core. I don't know of an ARM CPU to match that. I would hate to have to add another power supply voltage.
