sorry to be a bit vague chaps, but where is the information about modular design
- in particular the appnote/manual that talks about partitioning of clocks across quadrants, sharing buffers across quadrants, use of bufgmux (i think), that sort of thing. i can't find it anywhere online or in the ise install tree today - it's in the docsan section of the website i'm sure of it...
