tweezer or other equipment to flip specimen

Dear all,

can anyone name a supplier of a tweezer or other means of hand-held equipment with which I can rotate the held specimen exactly 180° (flip) around a horizontal axis (e.g. by a mini ratchet moving a cogwheel) ?

Thanks

When you say exactly 180 degrees, do you really mean exactly? How big is =

the specimin? What is it? How does it need to be held? Is this for=20 microscopy? I know there are special rotatory platforms that are=20 designed to sit under a dissecting microscope. There are also platforms=20 that are designed for electronics engineers that rotate too.

=2E.. but having said that, I cant remember who makes them!

This sounds like two stock components:

1) a flexible rotary drive to a chuck. 2) a flexible three claw grasper with a push button.

Mount 2) on 1) Fix a handwheel on the far end of 1) Mount stops to make a 180 deg rotation.

For what it's worth...

please elaborate on what you mean then--

to me, "flip" and "spin" are the same thing, it's just a question of what the axis of rotation is....

But a 180 deg flip is a 180 deg spin at right angles, isn't it?
