Hello, I'm looking to restore my tek 454 to the best possible working condition. Any tips, guidance, or advice would be greatly appreciated! My current plan is to replace the filter capacitors, aging potentiometers, and paper capacitors. Is this a good idea, bad idea? While I've got the whole scope apart, is there anything else I should check or replace?
Some of the potentiometers are looking pretty ragged. I opened one to see if cleaning might help, and both the contacts and carbon track looked pretty worn. Does anybody know where I could get replacements with the 1/8" shaft?
