Help Looking for HP 1854-0292 transistor for HP8444A Tracking Gen Repair

Have an HP8444A tracking gen with blown Si-NPN oscillator transistor (4 terminal) in 1.55 GHz cavity osc ASSY A7. Looking to cross this part hopefully. Any suggestions..
