3 channel pulse generation

I need to generate pulses in ~microseconds



in my lab.



The pulses must be generated via 3 channels and



I want to control width and delay of them to change



time overlaps.



I tried it with Labview..but analog output was too unstable,



and digital output needed external clock.



(Function generation input didn't work)



I'm considering microcontroller timer/counter pin s..



but I don't know exactly if microcontroller timer pins



can be applied in this way.



Does any one know circuit or device that can be



adopted for this kind of work?
