TC358749 HDMI-CSI bridge supported in new kernels?

I have a few boards with Toshiba's TC358749 HDMI to CSI bridge. It is supported by a tc35874x.c driver, available e.g., here:

However, the new kernels have only the tc358743.c driver -

There is no information if it also supports the old TC358749 chip. Unfortunately, there is no full TC358743 datasheet available (for TC358749 it is possible to finde a "leaked" version...). Does abybody know if there is a possibility to use TC358749 with new kernels?

OK. It seems that the tc358743.c driver is a slightly modified version of t c35874x.c . BTW it seems that even tc35874x.c does not enable advanced features of TC35

8749, like VIP. The TC358749-specific registers are not defined in the header fil e.
