The Inquirer reports that ST Micro is buying the wireless "arm" of NXP to form the third largest wireless chip maker. I'm not sure what parts of NXP are included in the "wireless arm". If it is the CPU/MCU line, there will be a lot of overlap within the new wireless division.
I haven't seen any details. Anyone know?
