Small MPEG4 video encoder + Ethernet output needed

I'm looking for a small, off-the-shelf video encoder card that takes in digital video (CCIR-656 style or similar), compresses it (MPEG4) and directly outputs the compressed video stream to ethernet. Does anyone have any suggestions or pointers to such a product?

Thanks!

Don't know if you can find any off-the-shelf thing but I think an integration of few gadgets might do this job. Maybe a usb link would be required to make this happen, IIRC i have seen a PCu device but again i think it was expecting analog input to get the job done.

Point to micronas, pixim (with TI and micronas chipset), EInfochi (TI), NXp with (PNX1502) Or even samsung with arm9 core (S3C2440) might be at help.

The VSIP2 looks like it takes an analog input, so it's not quite what we want. Someone sent me a pointer to ACTi and it sounds like they may be coming out with a new product line that has the features we want, but it is not ready quite yet.

Still looking....
