RealView Development Suite Professional 4.0

I am looking for an ARM profiler and development suite, and our hardware platform is based on Atmel AT91SAM9RL64. I would like the profiler provides me both the memory usage and CPU usage information.

I googled and saw the following posts:

My questions:

1) Is the RealView Development Suite Professional 4.0 a good product? Will it meet the requirements that I have mentioned?

2) How much does it cost approximately? I saw $30 in the website. I just couldn't believe it.

3) Any other good products for ARM profiler?
