Programming flash on MPC5200B with GHS MUlti

I'm using the Green Hills Multi 4.2.3 developement tools and Green Hill Probe on the Lite5200B board, with the MPC5200B microprocessor. I saw that the flash programming don't run. Any one have seen thi problem? There is a solution?
