Do you know any low-cost, small size, commercially-off-the-shelf ARM processor board with four (or more) UART (preferably with Linux) ?

Hi Albert,
I'm not sure what you mean by "Low-Cost" but have a look at development kits based on Atmel AT91RM9200 based kits... (it has 4 USARTS).
