Does anyone know how to get datasheet on this EEPROM die? Nothing show up on google or infineon. Perhaps datasheet for packaged version would help, or a different part number. Thanks.

OK. I was hoping for a small cheap (20 cents) EEPROM for local storage. But this is for RFID and no wired access. Thanks anyway.
