Hi,
I'm looking for a possibility to get run a webserver on a h8s cpu? Is there a linux which can run on the cpu or anything else?

There are plenty of designs already out there using H8S for web server, some can be found in places like Circuit Cellar magazine and Renesas competition on their website.
You cannot run plain Linux on H8S (no memory management unit and other reasons), try are ports of ucLinux and other reduced ports available.

PowerNet is not Apache, but it does what most embedded systems need without requiring a lot of code or data memory.
