Exeter College is still situated in its original location in Turl Street, and was founded in 1314 by Walter de Stapeldon of Devon, Bishop of Exeter and later treasurer to Edward II. Its peaceful quadrangles and beautiful garden provide an idyllic setting for meetings and conferences, and the College has a long and proud tradition of providing for the needs of such guests.
