Are there any standards for bridging CAN bus traffic over TCP/IP ?? (e.g. a CAN to ethernet gateway)
And are there any open source implementations of such ?

Given the delay characteristics of the CAN bus you couldn't make a universal CAN to TCP/IP bridge. You could only make a bridge that would work for specific applications.
