Witam! Czy do przetwornicy push-pull zasilanej z 310V jako klucze beda sie nadawaly tranzystory o napieciu Uds 500V? Chodzi dokladniej o IRFP450..

Do półmostka lub pełnego mostka będą się nadawały. Do push-pull z odczepem - nie.

Do push-pull z odczepem ma byc 2xUwe plus 20% na smieci. No i rob porzadek z cytatami...
