Przecież dokładny schemat masz na stronie 2 tego PDFa. Jedno zasilanie (cyfrowe) podłączasz między VDD a DGND, a zasilanie silnika między VM a PGND. Najprościej wyciągnąć do zasilania 5V z komputera, np. z gniazda klawiatury lub portu USB.
