Unbekanntes Bauteil TP1424

Hallo zusammen.

Ich sitze hier vor einer Schachtel mit Halbleiterbauelenenten, über die ich absolut nichts herausfinden konnte.

Es ist ein 8-poliges Bauelement im TO-5(*) Gehäuse mit der Beschriftung: "TP1424 8033 Singapore"

(*) ca. 5mm, rundes Metallgehüse mit kleiner Zählnase an der Seite und

8 ca. 25mm langen Anschlußdrähten.

Googlen etc. hat absolut nichts zu Tage gebracht. Vielleicht kennt der eine oder andere hier dieses Bauteil und kann mir sagen, was es ist.
