Schaut Euch das Diagramm nochmal an. Die Messung zum Systemcheck mit dem Radio-TCXO zeigt keine Abweichung an, also ist das Messsystem in Ordnung.

Ich sehe da {999.97 999.3417 999.7 1000.0}. Auf < 0,010 Hz komme ich da nicht.

ZF-Bandbreite von 10 Hz ergibt 1 kHz. Die Abweichung von 1 kHz ist also die Abweichung des TCXO von 10 MHz.

OCXO-Messung:

auf meinen 10 MHz OCXO auf der Werkbank und vergleiche den mit dem Radio-TCXO. Das ist auf weniger als 10 mHz genau, wenn der Radio-TCXO stabil ist, und das ist er.
