T-mobile rubbish network

I made the mistake to start a subscription with T-mobile at the end of Augu st. Soon I realized that their data network is rubbish: in the place where I live (in the center of a 15000 people town), I get between zero and a few kbps (but mostly zero): I can not even check the subject of my e-mails, co mpletely useless; but on the web site the area is specified as covered prop erly. Within the first week, which according to the European regulation all ows a customer to cancel a contract, I phoned the call centre to perform th e cancellation; I was told to do this in the shop where I signed the contra ct; I had to drive far from my work and during working time in order to do it; I got a receipt of the request; I kept on wasting my time testing if it was a temporary problem but after two more weeks I was convinced that it w as impossible to hope for more than nothing from their network; I got an sm s asking me to call the call centre which confirmed that there was no tempo rary problem; I confirmed to the call centre the request to cancel the subs cription many more times but nothing happened; at the beginning of October I sent a fax (you have no address, only the useless call centre or the fax number). I got no reply, it is clear that they try to exaust you by refusin g any contact except the call centre which can not forward you any responsi ble, useless as their network.

How is it possible that this kind of pirates are allowed to sell what they never deliver? What are the authorities doing? Why nobody is checking how customers are tr eated?

I have lost many days in testing and calling, and I will loose even my phon e number if I succeed in cancelling the subscription.

Stay away from T-mobile.

Heb je al geprobeerd om je eigen basisstation te bouwen ? Want dit is wel een newsgroup voor hobbyisten hoor ! En we lullen hier Hollands, als je het nog niet wist.
