Vcc oznaèava napajanje kod sklopova koji imaju bipolarne tranzistore (napajanje se spaja na kolektor), a Vdd kod sklopova koji imaju unipolarne (drain-d). Vss je mo¾da srednja vrijednost, nisam siguran....

Vcc i Vdd su pozitivni naponi, imena su dosla od kolektor i drain Vcc se najcesce susrece kod bipolarnih (TTL) ic-a, a Vdd kod unipolarnih (CMOS) Vss je masa ili GND negativni napon se kod nekih IC-ova oznacava sa Vee.
