voltage divider bias

the thing is that i dont really know how to start. i need to design this small signal amplifier in a voltage divider biasing. im using a bc547 transistor and with these i need to write a dicussion and show my prof the load line of my circuit. is there anyone from the PHILS that could help me. thanks!

The answer should be in your textbook. Pick a collector current (low for small signal amplifier; one mA or so). Pick an emitter resistor that drops about 10% of the supply voltage using your collector current. Make the bottom base resistor 10 to 20 times larger and pick the other resistor to set the base voltage at 0.7 volts above the emitter voltage. Pick a collector resistor to drop half of the supply voltage.
