Load line - characteristic curves? Amount of input to the base as it affects collector current, at a given temperature - for linear operation - not saturation.
Your posts indicate that you are ignorant of basic transistor theory. There's lots of websites and books that will bring you up to speed painlessly. Do a little searching first.
Bipolar transistors (the common kind) can be used as amplifiers or switches. Saturation implies using it as a switch (on - off - no in between), Load line implies amplifier - output current is proportional to input current - based on the gain (beta) of the device. Gain of
100 and for an output current of 1 amp you'd need to drive the base with .01 amps.Simple concept

The word "transistor" is from "transfer" and "resistor". It lets you control a current with a much smaller current input. A "load line" is something that you add to the characteristic curves to determine the parameters of your particular application.
