Suggestions for magazine subscription - UK

Sadly, electronics magazines are not what they once were. Here are your options:

Everyday Practical Electronics Practical Wireless (amateur radio) Elektor Electronics World Radcom (amateur radio - RSGB members only) Radio Bygones (vintage wireless bi-monthly)

EPE and Elektor might be your best bets. I'm going to let my EW subscription lapse next time around.

There is also Silicon Chip from Australia:

Electronic version is available.

If you are into microcontrollers then

is really good. More intermediate-advanced though.

Hi All,

I'd like to subscribe to a monthly practical electronics magazine for the beginner/intermediate level, and would welcome any suggestions you may have. For delivery in the UK.

Regards, Bill.

"Silicon Chip" is an excellent hobbyist magazine, published here in Australia, but available world-wide. Price (Overseas, Air) - $135 for 1 year, or $260 for 2.
