I scavenged a Sankyo SHU2L motor from a piece of equipment, and now I'd like to put it to use.

I don't have the device I pulled it from, so I can't work out how it was wired.
It has 4 leads: - + H L
Aside from the assumption that they are power and high/low speed controls, I have no clue how they should be hooked up.
Any ideas/links?
