At least $500 US. Extra for the antenna.
But if you shop around using Google, you may find something for less.

Have you checked on the license requirements? Depending on where your college is, it might not be legal without a license (most countries).
Is that legal in India?

Go search for what you want on Google. It's not nice to ask other's to do your simple grunt work.
