Cadence/Tone Telephone in Mexico?

I am looking for cadence of tones in telephonic lines in Mexico, line busy, dial tone, ...

Did you mean DTMF (dual tone multi frequency) touch tones? I would assume they are the same in Mexico as they are in US since the system has been in use since 1960s. Here is a nice read on the subject:
