Chi mi puo aiutare a risolvere questo problema, vorrei sapere di che tipo di transistor si tratta e il suo magari equivalente.

Quando trovate un transistor tipo "Axxxx", "Bxxxx", "Cxxxx" o "Dxxxx" fatelo precedere da un "2S" e poi cercate su google.
Per quanto riguarda te: il transistor è un NPN 2SD1437 (complementare al
2SB1033 - se c'è può essere marcato "B1033"); entrambi risultano fuori produzione e il suo equivalente più comune pare essere un TIP31B (Vce 80 Volt - Ic 3A - Pdiss. 40W).Ciao! Piercarlo
