Sicuramente intendevi il 2n3904 come da schema, il 3906 è il complementare pnp. Un singolo BC337-40 dovrebbe andar bene, eventualmente aggiungendo un pilota di bassa potenza (bc238, ecc) come sullo schema se non riuscisse a commutare anche a basse potenze.
