Ciao a tutti, attualmente sto usando un ifrz44n (con package to220 )come interruttore su un circuito da 10A. Vorrei minimizzare la resistenza del componente e lo spazio occupato.Esistono mosfet integrati che si adattino alle mie esigenze? Grazie, ciao
Ci sono quelli in formato Hexdip come gli optoisolatori ad es. IRFD9120 Non so nulla però delle differenze sul piano delle caratteristiche tecniche
