Ci sono componenti "introvabili" in questa lista? avete un buon negozio online da consigliarmi su cui potrei reperire tutti questi componenti?

Tutti perfettamente reperibili, l' unico che non so e' il fotosensore S4810.

Potresti avere problemi solo nel trovare i fotosensori S4810. Tutto il resto lo trovi in qualsiasi negozio.
