The Linksys/Cisco WRT54G is a decent router. if you buy the Linksys/Cisco wireless cards it is a simple one button setup at the router to find and activate the security on the wireless cards.

I had an F5D9230-4 -- possibly a relative, but who knows how close? -- that worked OK except that it had the annoying habit of freezing up and occasionally completely "forgetting" its configuration when it received heavy incoming usage (i.e., remote access back to my PC at home). I gave it to a friend with much less demanding needs (just mail web surfing and e-mail) and he's been quite happy.

My experience with many wireless routers is that many of them tend to freeze & need rebooting on occasion. It makes it very difficult to choose one for small businesses, since prices often doesn't seem to correlate with reliability.

I know a small businesses using the Linksys WRT54G, as well and they have been very happy with it. It has been in use for over a year with no problems.
