Who knows how to be an agent of products

I am in Shanghai,China. A lot of friends of mine have been some agents of products from foreign countries,such as American,Japan,Kerea.

I want to know how our company do that?

First you have to add a value. Justify why your neighbour should buy at your place and not directly at the foreign manufacturer. Some reasons :

- you have a lot of cash and geth a thousend pieces of a product on stock to get the really goosd prices. You can then provide the same single unit prices as the foreign manufacturer and earn the difference. (applies to TV and such)

- The product is that complicated and/or sensitive that it requires local support. You're able to provide this support. (applies to cars and such)

- The product is very special such that normal people cannot import it, but with your connection to the (local) goverment, you have a license to import. (applies to weapons, broadcast and microwave equipment)
