I doubt that there is a single complete source of schematic drawing symbols for electronics anywhere, nor do I believe it is possible to compile one. It depends to some extent upon the specific industry or branch of electrical or electronics one is interested in as to the "preferred" symbols which are used. European electronic symbols such as used in magazines like Elektor may not be preferred or used in the USA and vice-versa. You can see examples of both styles in the resistor symbols on this page
