** Sept 2, 2008 is his last post on usenet - according to the Google archive.Woodduck announced he was leaving SED et alia long ago.
The dude is about 75 years old now and still haunts a number of standards committees related to audio.
I reckon he " jumped the shark " here to day he talked about having his own sewing machine and enjoying doing repairs on his clothes.

Also, wossname that thought everybody ought to earn the exact same wage no matter their job, charging rent is immoral, and laws prohibiting sex between/with minors need repealing.
Though I think I can guess that maybe that last opinion got him in trouble...
