Varactor Gamma

can gamma ( grading coefficient ) be calculated as it is not available in the datasheet of SMV1104-34 varactor

I found this in an old s.e.c post:

The effective capacitance of a varicap is given by the formula:

Ct = Cp + C0 / ((1 + Vr/phi)^gamma)

Where Cp = package capacitance C0 = junction capacitance at zero volts Vr = reverse bias in volts phi = contact potential (approx 0.6V)

If you have some values for Ct versus Vr, you could calculate gamma.
