Ok, there doesn't seem to be any useful activity here, so let's pose another question (I've put the vt project away for now).

I am creating a relay adder. But it doesn't work. In fact, only three of the 8 switches I have wired up work. How do I: a.) find the current required to energize the relay b.) test to see if my power supply will energize the relays c.) how to test my relays and switches

measure it or inspect it,

measure continuity between the contacts with the relay energised and deenergised.
