Trouble-shoot an HP 2500CP?

At the company where I sit, the PHB got a plotter, an HP DesignJet 2500CP, and it's giving an error message: "SYSTEM ERROR: 010021 A5602240 .



Has anybody got any idea how I could find somebody in the Whittier, CA area that could fix it?
