It would be nice to know the dielectric constant of your insulating material and the conductivity of the 'ink' used?

Does the 'ink' and/or dielectric cover uniformly to make a ground plane or are there any pinholes?

Do I have to bake the board to have the 'ink' set permanently?

How thick is the 'ink' printed and how much current can a 10-mil, 50-mil, etc.... line carry?

Is the finished 'ink' durable/suitable enough to be used as an edge connector?

Can I apply gold plating or is there some metallic interaction?

Any electro migration or operation in humid environment problems?

How planar is the finished surface?

How accurate and repeatable is this printer?

What are the costs of the materials ink, dielectric, substrate, did I miss anything?

right now and we wanted to know if people were interested in what we're spending time on. But just saying that kind of kills the purpose of non-biased feedback.

One more thing: you better support 0603 'cause it is getting hard to get much that is bigger. Support of 0402 and 0201 should be scheduled for about a year or two later as an upgrade.

When I first posted this I was surprised by the intensity of the reactions. I understand now why some of you got angry and I am sorry about that.

We knew it was easy to see that it's not a real website, but we wanted feedback on a possible 'product' and not the 'idea' that we are working on.

Thanks for your feedback. The idea behind the project is to be able to print a prototype from your gerber files (generated from any CAD tool) before you send them to a manufacturer for a bigger volume.

I would second that vote. I would have *no* use for a tool that does not allow me to use 0603 components.
