The chemical structure of the anything, not just paper will chang= e / transform from one stage to another stage, your bodies, your houses, yo= ur cars etc... billions and billions of many things already changed/transfo= rmed, how can you reverse the chemical reactions?

I don't see why this idea that you can't reverse chemical reactions is in extent. All chemical reactions can be reversed. Some are a lot more difficult than others, that's all. You can recharge a car battery. That's an easy one. You can"unburn" hydrogen because it's chemically simple. "Unburning" paper is difficult because it's chemically very complex. But it's theoretically possible

That is not a chemical change. It's a change of physical state. Energy has been added or removed.
