The trouble with any charges relating to the events this week at the Capito l building is that there would have to be clear statements to encourage suc h an act and very little Trmp says is actually clear.

Trump certainly has the perma-state rattled alright. All its agents are throwing everything including the kitchen sink at shutting him up for keeps.
