We don't know of any lower bound to entropy, so everything just runs down until the last particle decays into a boson, there's nothing left to "experience" time so the Universe forgets which way time's arrow goes, everything erupts in a new Big Bang with the old maximum entropy value becoming the new minimum.
Time is natures way of keeping everything from happening at once.
