Gas leak freakout! but actually some cam footage was available from early November. This stuff is FLIR thermal camera footage, where a dedicated "GasFindIR" camera is narrowband filtered to the IR absorption lines of hydrocarbon vapor.
Methane is brightly colored! Also warm gasoline fumes. But we need ?30 micron? long-IR eyes in order to see it.
