I design an op-amp with HSPICE that consists of two stages and differential output. Can anyone tell my about the configurations of the test circuits of op-amp with DIFFERENTIAL output?

Go to National Semiconductor and find a datasheet for one with diff output. They may have application notes too. I think Texas instruments bought them out.

Well, one could use an instrumentation op-amp to convert to single-ended and have sufficient gain to test most parameters. Might be tricky to keep both outputs at ground for CMRR and PSRR..
