Ran a simple test on this TEK 11801B DSO, maybe 6 months ago with no problems. Now, it won't turn "ON". Any ideas what to look for? The fuse is good, the power outlet works, etc.

I've seen flakey power switches.

If it has a power supply like the 7704A it'll be like trying to untangle a ball of yarn the cat has played with for an hour. I've repaired mine once and suppressed a lot of expletives. This afternoon the horizontal deflection failed a couple of times. BIG bright green dot on the CRT. Was in a rush and a good whacking "fixed" that. For now.
